Building on the trunk strength developed in Level 1 exercises. These classes involve multiple muscle groups and a bigger variety of positions including standing strength work. In addition we will use a bigger variety of equipment including Physio Bands, Looped bands, Pilates ball, yoga block and some release techniques with balls and the roller.
