Building on the introduction series this allows you to increase your confidence and strength endurance. More moves and more repetitions! Classes vary between 30-60 mins. Pilates Level 1 is designed work for spinal mobility and strength without post exercise soreness. Great for rehabilitation and post-exercise recovery.
