These sessions are great if you are new to Pilates or you are using Pilates to advance your basic rehabilitation exercises. It will highlight the different movement patterns that make up a standard Pilates class and if you have an injury these sessions allow you to trial basic movements / positions and any positions you can’t complete due to your injury you can infill some of your Physio exercises!
