Whilst waiting, you will be asked to maintain social distancing in a sensible way – you can utilise Reception area, The Gallery and Entrance area;
All patients will have to pass a COVID screening (infrared temperature check on site) prior to treatment sessions
Spaced appointments: time increased between appointments for cleaning and airing the room
Contact: Treatment positions will be adapted to ensure there is spacing of face to face distance where possible
Duration of hands-on treatment: Hands on treatment will be limited to 15 minutes maximum, required by the CSP to ensure all patients are under the threshold for triggering contact tracing action.
All patients will need to complete phone or email consent 24-48 hours prior to attending their appointment to confirm consent for this risk. This will including confirming you have no current COIVD19 risk
There will be no charge for cancellations, even on the day of your appointment, if you feel your status may have changed.
My practice ethos is to ensure return to activity for all ages.
It is important to ensure early and accurate diagnosis. I’m a hands on Physiotherapist and offer release work, mobilisation and dry needling with the aim to return to normal function and exercise level. The key to successful results is education on injury management and tips on self-management.

The aim of all sessions is to develop an understanding of your injury and effective clear diagnosis. We will put together a plan to ensure you can manage your injury. We have a strong belief that all injuries are different to each individual and their body requirements.
Parking is available on site for your allocated appointment time
Please be mindful in the summer season particularly Friday and Saturday as the car park can get very busy
There are covered bicycle racks available
Access from Croyde via the coastal path is approximately 1 mile
